Guest Access

Our property is in the elite and gated community of Arrowhead Lake. This means that guests must check-in to Welcome Center before accessing Sunshine Chalet to first obtain a gate card and wristbands. After check-in, self check-in to Sunshine Chalet is available with keyless entry.

After booking on AirBNB, an additional process is required to register with Arrowhead Lake Community prior to visit, which include additional fees. We will be in touch requesting details needed for this registration portion. We will send a payment request for the additional community fees (not included in rental fees).

Arrowhead Lake Community Fees

$35 Arrowhead Lake administration processing fee
$20 gate card fee per vehicle
$6 wristband (temporary membership) fee per person over 6. These provide you access to all the amenities of the Arrowhead Lake community such as the lake, beaches, playgrounds, gym, game rooms, lodge, and more.

All registrations & payments for the community must be completed at least 4 days prior to check-in.

A season rental shack is open during the weekends for canoes, kayaks, paddleboards, bikes and sports equipment and are available to rent for a 2-hour time period.

Please note, these Arrowhead Lake community fees are not our fees as the hosts, but fees the community requires all guests to pay to cover the costs associated with operating and maintaining all the great amenities and facilities at Arrowhead.
